Earthen Utensils And Mahaprasadam Comments

Back to Nature and back to the elements is a slogan we hear more often! Cooking in earthen pots are more hygienic and health prone. No toxic elements are there. Some of the chemical compounds in the non stick vessels and plastic bottles are hazardous to health. As you believe, the food cooked in Earthenware is more tasty and stays longer! I am hearing of 'Mahaprasadam' for the first time. Each state has its own unique culture. Enjoyed reading this poem!
