Dwindling Time Trying To Look Younger Poem by Chuy Amante

Dwindling Time Trying To Look Younger

Do we lose our NOW by trying so hard
to look some much younger than we really are

Will somebody love us with wrinkles and grey?
Is this what troubles us day after day?

The clock keeps ticking and is life just for us?
I say load the ice chest let's hop in the vw bus.
