With a lovely necklace, his sign of love! Twinkling stars just turned into its string of jewels and the comely moon as its pendent. They both got melted into one to become one, once again! nature, love, emotions, personifications. love this poem. tony
WOW! I love this poem. It's a poem in the tradition of personification of natural forces as if they had humanoid features and feelings. And you succeed in making it a plausible story of love and excitement. I can say you portray the natural elements as human, all too human, as a philosopher once said about human emotions. Your poem is finely crafted so I had no difficulty visualizing the love story, however unlikely. In fact, that's what makes personification so appealing: it makes the impossible possible.
Life is like that - - a usual meeting, over the years then change takes place and we must accommodate it.
Mallika what a beautiful picture you have painted in my mind. A sensually lovely work this is ;)
Lovely words of the dusk aptly put with the sea and moon...nice flow melting in the end very nice...regards
The sun set and apparent dusk is beautifully created into a poem and recited.
