In the hall of Obafemi, the eagle came to accuse
Living us with a different form of excuse
For it was claimed to discover
A stolen loot undercover

Just like the coronavirus experience
You threatened our own existence
For our humility you have abused
And our trust and loyalty you misused

Now you jeopardize our essence
With out any form of evidence
You claimed we sent a 419 mail
Wow! These landed us in jail

As it was said, the eagle is your friend
One to depend on, when others pretend
But why will the eagle come to arrest
With the intension to molest

The eagle eyes did not shine like florescent
For it has refused to saved the innocent
For the eagle is nothing but a pest
Creating a society unrest

Now you came without a reason
In this harmattan season
Bullying us with your word
As you came with your sword

Oh! The eagle refused to rhyme
For an unknown crime
Cos they want to destroy our prime
But we all refused this time

So here we come as an individual
To refused their act as usual
We come together as resistance
To eradicate this menace
