I love your joy, your light shining clear,
But I also feel the weight of your pain,
In laughter and tears, in every fear,
My love for you will always remain.

You are a challenge, a fire that ignites,
In every argument, in every shared truth,
Though sometimes it hurts, in the darkest of nights,
My heart beats for you, it's forever uncouth.
