Well said. The tragedy of welfare is that it destroys that which it claims to protect, namely the dignity of people. when Clinton changed the rules in his home state the crime rates were halved, taxes soared and people were happier. I haven't claimed on the DSS apart from three weeks in 1989. I have worked since 1975
