''The high cloud fell Upon the lower, From which no rain was seen '' THE RAIN IS A METAPHOR IN THE POEM AND IT SIGNIFIES MANY POSITIVE THINGS, THE DRY ANOTHER METAPHOR ARE OPPOSITE OF RAIN, AND THEY ARE USED BRILLIANTLY, I LIKE THE POEM.
