Drowning Jane Poem by janice etienne

Drowning Jane

Rating: 5.0

Dream far away from here
Dream where the waves sits still
drowning through endless depths of water
waiting for someone to save her
Searching for a miracle potion to fill her lungs
a random kiss that breezes on her tongue
but nothing, but spacious water entering her body
trying to breathe for a remedy

Tears and sea water suffocating her brain
robing life, imprisoning my sweet Jane
I remember you, searching and looking for my love but, still it was a mystery
Screaming and weeping every night thinking of horrible tragedies
to deathly whispers in my ear
telling me that you are near
your fight for life has once begun
now i know that death has won

I' v found her my valid truth
Her skin a lovely blue
