A very different write from what I've read of you so far, both in flavour and the style. A bit cynical but nevertheless an honest commentary on our times when truth lies shackled in iron chains and the sun is made of a cloud of lies...

Wow! You offer the reader such a cynical view of the world - but penned with skill and a great feeling for language. You take hypocrisy (which you obviously abhor) and you give it a severe shaking in this strongly worked poem that is written from lots of bitter experience, I suspect. Some excellent metaphors stand out in this well written poem. love, Allie ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥
