Yet again, simplicity delivering depth of the meaning.....you seem to be an expert in writing love poems that reflect on past , make you think and wonder.... I really liked the phrases 1. Heart beats in a lonely way........though all the hearts beat lonely, but this one conveys a tinge of sadness and melancholy........ 2. Dusty thoughts of a very dead ghost - again a powerful phrase, reflecting on a old forgotten love /past.... 3. Death and sadness of our yesterdays: pain again magnified by this phrase, death of yesterday meaning a closed chapter, a forgotten life, love, feelings etc.... Hats off to you for crafting and sharing this poem
