Shed no tears,
upon my dying bed;
better drink some brandy
Μη δακρύσεις,
στο νεκροκρέβατό μου·
πιες λίγο μπράντυ
I like this Senryu for its carefree expression of mourning or death. To drink brandy to reduce the intensity of a heavy pain........Kostas, you deserve a full vote....10

Yes, brandy could take away the pain temporarily. But the pain still persists if the effect of the brandy ceases. Excellent succinct write.10
