I feel you, still, when I'm asleep,
Whispering in my ear.
Yet there's no sound, no peep,
But I know it's you my dear.
You're the one I know the best,
The one I hold so tight.
As I lay on your muscular breast,
I know I can sleep tonight.
Your tears are just streams
Trying to find that one sea.
Not wanting, it seems
To be away from me.
You hush me a lullaby
And I drift slowly away.
You try so hard not to cry,
As I float out to the bay.
