The last 8 lines of this poem are especially sublime, perhaps because they speak to the human heart truths about our passage here on earth. Even if walked on the brink of madness, I cannot count him less. He was an extraordinary talent, a player of words of sounds of images of rhythm and repetition and all things valuable to a poet.
