Dream And Broken Mirror Poem by Tulsi Shrestha

Dream And Broken Mirror

Dream And Broken Mirror
My dream scattered like
Pieces of broken mirror.
Each piece sounds laughing aloud
To reflect my helpless in loneliness.
Treating me as useless
And worthy for nothing.
Broken pieces, along with tiny particles
Are collected carefully to throw
Beyond human reach.
Me just like a broken mirror
My simple clarity and transparency
Forgotten by society and community.
Indeed, man is considered A Man
As long as he retains ability to serve
The society and family he belongs
Otherwise treated as old horse
Useless for race and riding.
Broken pieces of mirror, are thrown
To inhibit it from telling
And reflecting
Selfish nature of human.
