Doomsday Poem by Lamar Cole

Doomsday

Rating: 5.0

The bed is cold where she use to lay.
There is silence where everything use to be so happy and gay.
The moon always shone brighter when she looked his way.
Everything was sweeter day by day.
Now that she has gone away.
He feels like it is doomsday.

Doomsday is a poem that touches the core of the heart. What was once a happy time, becomes a sad day when the person is no more. A full vote Lamar!

Love is doomesday for a time for others it is the end of all. I think those who think they have lost it all must be the greatest of friends and lovers. Sad but a truthful write. Thank you poet and friend.
