I'm still following you pard, you're one of the few left in these parts who knows the trail!
Great one Cowboy. I love the picture! I think I know that broomtail, his pappy throwed me at the Daddy of em All in Cheyenne a few years back!
i DON'T think of vultures/buzzards carrying off parts of carcasses, but I believe I DID see one carry off a small dead mammal from our backyard some years ago, I think a mole I'd seen lying around.
I, too/also, have 'followers' on PH, but I don't recall ever having PH tell me I've picked up a new follower. Sometimes I feel ignored by PH, but...it's still FREE! ! ! ;)
I just read S.W.'s parts 1-4. That's a good way to order comments. I can picture now: Susan in her sunsuit serving sweet tea to you and me as we rock away a lazy afternoon. bri : )
That horse is 'laughing'? ? ? It's a scary beast! ! But it reminds me of Mr. Ed, of TV fame. 5 stars....for oldtimes' sake. ;)
But, I shall keep trying. Hope you don't object😃
2. For, I don't ride a horse, yet! And my imagination is not fast enough follow you on your horse
Is it I? It could be, because I have been trying to follow you for some time now, Cowboy. But to no avail! I been just trying, though ph may tell you that I am. For..
PART FOUR--- my horse is a traveling fiend and I've never worn him down yet so we be following your trail cuz it's been a worthwhile journey and I'm no slouch riding a rocking chair either--- I guess you'll have to put up with a huge gathering of rocking chairs on your porch
PART THREE---so buck up. my friend, we're going to follow you whether you think you're not going anywhere cuz you already have gone a lot of interesting places in this world and in your life and we like hearing about it--so there.
PART TWO---and feel the immensity of forests and deserts and universes and love to hear the soft welcoming nicker of a horse---well, these things draw people to hear what you have to say with that dry sense of humor or that deep quiet reflective voice
PART ONE--humph--even if you 'just' ride a rocking chair on your front porch, I'll sit there and rock by you and listen to your tales about your life or life in general--Cowboys always have traveled some interesting trails to share and stood outside at night and communed with the stars
You're a hard person to follow, anyway, Cowboy. My horse can't keep up with yours. I'll just wait for the buzzards to carry you off, and I'll follow the buzzards!
Now I have to follow! This is brilliant, Cowboy.
