I think this poem is excellent. So true to real life, at least with some people. We often tell people that we are doing all right, when just the opposite is true. Why do we do it? To save them from worry? Because we don't want them to fuss over us? The reasons are many. I think you have expressed it beautifully in this poem. Congratulations!
