Doin Her Six Hours Poem by Mark Money

Doin Her Six Hours

she's got that model walk down
she's movin around
i'm watchin her from behind
as she's doin her six hours.

she's not stop and go oh no
she's fairly steady
i'm watchin her from behind
as she's doin her six hours.

she takes a break to call someone
i can't hear what she's sayin
but she looks at her watch before she hangs up.
i can't see her face
but her walk tells me somethin
or maybe her knee is givin her the weather forecast.

she's fixed in her seat but her gaze rises
a poster over her head says
"uncertainty + change = stress"

she's thinkin
i'm watchin
just watchin her from behind
as she's doin her six hours.
