Jade, there are many fish in the sea, and so there are many people walking in the world, that actually care. Suicide, self-harm, and wallowing in self pity is not the answer to a break up, even if they do come back momentarily. There isn't a one of us that hasn't gone through this, but it isn't the end of the world either. When one person picks up and leaves, then we just have to sigh, shrug our shoulders, say 'oh well: , and start looking for another. But this time we are the wiser for the wear, and we now take finding someone with caution, and suspicion. We no longer trust anyone, but we want to be able to trust 'the one', that will come into our lives and care for us. I do hope that this poem is not prophetic, and that you are only releasing your pent up frustrations. Because like I said, suicide, and self-harm IS NOT the answer.
