hey, tony! my experience is that i go through most of the day with only briefly remembering God and directing my thoughts to him. before rising, shortly after rising while reading scripture, on my way to work, and before falling asleep are times i regularly make contact. because of this i see the wisdom in the regular offices in monastic communities and the practice of muslims to bow five times a day. -hoping you're well in all ways, glen
