Divine flame-Poetry
Wednesday,21st April 2021
Never in dream
I form a team
to compose and give colour
you magnificent at the golden corridor
Yous at stood at my gate
and challenged me on this date
write something special
as you are a special individual and meant to be a poet
I got a shiver in the spine
and tried to define my role
but she was very much there
inviting me to write boldly sans fear
'Alright' I shall write
much to your delight
and put my views right across
without losing a toss
words moved in
poetry was not on the scene
I was deep in my composition
it was real and no more superstition
'find yourself now in my poem'
you are like a dream come true
opine freely and condemn
if so then it shall address my concern
