Tan, Yes, Christ's compassion is so like God to give to we feeble human beings. This world is where our Lord chooses to show Himself in the midst of pain, heartache and every other form of evil. Whilst I am not religious myself, I think this is a beautiful poem with fine rhythms. It expresses a profound hope which I admire too.
