There come some moments in our mundane lives,
Laden with whims and emotions of the wrong kinds,
When everything seems distraught and disarrayed,
Everything gets murky, and we feel so dismayed.

@Valsa George, Thank you very much for your elaborate comments on my poem. I am highly elated. Although you are a Professor, you do not seem to be absent minded. I am happy that yet you liked my dedication. 'Who are we to question the divine dispensation..? ' - Yes, wondering indeed who we are! Thanks for interpreting the poem so beautifully. The last part of your comment is also an icing on the whole.
Your dedication of this poem to all absent minded professors drew my attention...! I feel the tensions in life plus the age factor leave one absent minded! More people of this current times suffer from this absent mindedness than before. At times we feel so elated.... at times so down and distraught.... sometimes sailing along with the clouds in self abandon... sometimes unable recollect even a very familiar name.... moods and stages change! But we have to go on in life's drama, trying to act our part as best as we can...! That's all we can do! Who are we to question the divine dispensation..? A very lucid picture of the mental decay that affects us with age and under certain situations! The last stanza is like an icing on the cake... Top marks!
@Beauteous Victory, Thanks for your generous words, which I gladly acknowledge. Thanks for liking the note too!

I particularly like this poem as it shows the fragility in all of us. A good poem Khairul.

Thanks, Samantha and Akshaya for reading my poem and commenting on it.
There are moments in life, when nothing seems right which can discourage many. Perfect! ! ! Well said.
Yes this is life until we find that what happens to us we caused it unknowingly, because that is our lesson in life and just go ahead and learn, face and do our best to solve it. That is the reason for us in life, and we will have until we are here, because life is not a destination, but only a journey.. Very interesting thoughts.
@Lasoaphia Quxazs, 'Life is not a destination but only a journey' - so wonderfully said! Heard this oft quoted sentence many a time; every time I hear it, I agree to it and think over it. Happy to have you on board! Thanks for appreciating my thoughts and sharing yours. Stay well and Blessed!
