Dispute Poem by KunJung Hsiao

Dispute

We are always overly panic when a crisis arises,
eager to blame and dispute each other,
and ignore the nature of the crisis.

Because blaming others can make us ignore our own shortcomings
and shirk our responsibilities.
Suddenly we become experts in a certain professional field,
directing others loudly with some ridiculous remarks.

Disputes always make us lost in emotions,
truth oscillates among different positions,
creativity born from different opinions,
and it is not until we return to rationality
that we will find a solution to the problem.

When a dispute arises,
don't rush to participate,
but quietly listen to the opinions of both parties.
Whether it's intense or calm,
you'll find that each makes sense, and each is lost.
Sometimes we are eager to solve the problem but ignore the risk.
Sometimes we think too much but miss the opportunity to solve it.

Right or wrong can always be verified after the fact.
In a crisis,
there are always people who hype up others' emotions,
some people take the opportunity to seek profit,
some people become one of the sheep flock,
and some people become scapegoats.

Human nature always shows kindness and evil in a crisis.
