Discrepancy Poem by james watkin

Discrepancy

You'd have seen two boys, smile up out
Morn's own features! Thereupon
Expansive-hearted, bear for day
What through secrets bursts its way.

Always coming back, track narrowed;
Breath tightened. A sense, heavy
Of a clamping down, with malice
O'er sounds' forbidding notice.
