There's a great buried meaning here....are we not just following the dinos? Are we dinos of a sort? Have we outlived our ability to sustain this earth....? So much to think about with this gem.
Awesome entertainment. You write with such a flowing style it seems effortless. This is just the style of poem I want to try writing. A terrific harmony of keen observation, wit and poetic skill.

I think aquatic and semi-aquatic dinosaurs swam along beside the Big Boat and/or held on to the ropes Noah hung over the boat's sides for them.

My favorite couplet is: 'I mean they ALL died off, and no more are found, though rumors of Dinos, here and there, still abound'. Because thanks these two lines I will forevermore think of Dinosaurs as the Elvises of the species.
