Dilemma Poem by Annette Aitken

Dilemma

Rating: 5.0

Dilemma.

Do I go it alone?

Would be the question.

Do I stay for love?

That isn't trusted.

I don't know how

we got to here

where paranoia

and fear appears.

Churning stomach

twisted mind

secrets that are

kept online.

Why share a love?

If it's not true.

Why stay here?

If wanting a new.

Do I go it alone?

Would be the question

Brilliant poem, to follow your head or your heart is always a difficult choice to make.

Writing is such a great way to release anxiety. May this dilemma be resolved just by taking each day one by one. Thank You

Uncertainty in a poem opens its unique door demanding questions that sometimes want to go unanswered, you did a wonderful job with this, do I stay for love? why stay here? Dilemma is such a great title for this poem, great job, wish I could mark higher that a ten but that's all it will let me.

Think in your head as to what now may happen. Those whom are kind, and are well-mannered are abused the most by those that are not.. iip
