Digging And Drowning Poem by Brittany Marsh

Digging And Drowning

Lonliness
Overwhelms
Emptiness
Dominates
Can't take this pain anymore
Don't want to live
Don't want to breathe
I wish
I made
Good decisions
And
Knew exactly what to do
Every mistake
Buries me
Deeper into the ground
Nine feet under
Keep on digging
So alone
Nearly gone
Invisible
Dead inside
Rotting heart
Meant to fail
Destiny set
How unfortunate
Digging, digging, digging
Drowning, drowning, drowning
....dead
