Poor Ganesa. People go to God for passing exams or getting visas. The saying is 'God helps those who help themselves'. You are blessed to find Him on your way. Thank you.

I have also thought about such a fate of Ganesh and have written a humorous piece on the subject in Malayalam. Not only the students would approach him but all those who have grievances. Where would the god escape? A good poem.

A very nice sarcasm against the superstitions. No Personal God actually come and help but our confidence from the belief that He will do so.Confidence boosts the Concentration of mind that in turn make our work/exams a success.Bhagavat Gita itself tells, Yogascha chitha kuru Karmani [Do your work concentrating mind in it].You have done the good job for readers to think.
