Die Young
There is a thin line between life and death
You go about your life
Believing you can take on any challenge
Except many times your back hurts
You get excruciating headaches
In your sleep
And when you are awake
When they do an MRI
There is evidence of minor strokes
Spinal discs are out of place
Three of them
And some have growths which can cause abrasive pain
You are not well
Despite your outward visage and demeanor.
You need physiotherapy
And possibly an op to remove growths
I shan't be arguing with doctors any more
I shan't be gung-ho about my health
Back pain can trigger high blood pressure
It is easy for a minor stroke to turn major
And die young

Indeed, Monsieur, MOVE and do daily exercise for better blood circulating inside and you will see in a short time no more MRI, follow the advise of Robert here.

I've had so many near misses in my life I'm luck to still be here. I fell down the stairs 5 years ago which could have killed me, spent a month on two walking sticks and another 8 months with one walking stick. Pick yourself up and keep going.....
