Diaphanous Cloths, Haiku Poem by Mark. A Heathcote

Diaphanous Cloths, Haiku

diaphanous cloths
all this spring morning birdsong
intoxicating
*

authentic nature
is watching the waterfall
our lives cascading
*

This swan reflects back
it's mirrored reflection
love made in heaven
*

time for the next step
into a new reality
autumn - winter - death
*

what is your colour?
mines yellow - my sunflower
the light of my life
*

isn't it good to dance
watching moonlit waves return
from whence they came
*

blossom is falling
on my route through the graveyard
a serpentine path
*

snow fall in April
there's no prudence in melting
pear blossom radiance
*

Midas turns to gold
everything he touches
autumn winter land
*

the sky glows green, red
aurora borealis
moods, soft pink to blue
*

refine the sugar
till I cannot resist you
small sips of heaven
*

a red carpet waits
on the pavement - a passing
old stranger wind-blown
*
a desert island
has granted me three wishes
silence 'Om' silence
