Devising - Questions
Emotional intelligence
is a construct,
an abstract concept
defined by
psychologists
and researchers.
It is difficult
to measure
because it does not
exist in the physical world.
It is not as though
we can pick up
a block of emotional
intelligence and
measure it on a scale.
Instead, we need to
devise questions
that reliably tap
into this concept.
The content of this poetry fits perfectly with the theme of this poetry, both (psychology and poetry) dealing with an invisible world, but we feel its influence on us and on the reality as well, well done and deserves 5 stars
