Devin was my pride and joy
He was my first love, He broke my heart
When he walked out, And left me there all alone
Still my heart belongs to him, Until the day I die
Devin told me he loved me, Told me I was beautiful
He made me feel special, it felt so right
Then he left me, did I do something wrong?
Devin was like a friend I never had
He was like a love I always wanted
But he broke my heart, it feels like I'm dying
Devin once told me crying is for babies
Life is short you can die any minute
You could even die tomorrow
So live your life without regret
Don't take anyone for granted
Cause you never know when you might loose them
Devin I love you and I tried to move on
But it just won't work
I tried everything to win you back
Devin even though you left me
You broke my heart, you hurt me
I still love you, you were my first
And I still don't know how to get over you
So here iam giving up on love
I'm gonna try to be single for the rest of my life
Praying each night we may be together someday
And hoping it will come true one day
So I cry my self to sleep each night
Hoping you feel the same way
May be we can start all over
And be together once again
