This is an amazing poem and a prayer dedicated to various forms of Goddess Durga and their benevolent powers for all devotees. Thanks for sharing this poem as well as for the Notes. I have heard that the Markandeya Puran contains 'Durga Saptashati' containing 1000 names of Goddess Durga. This is recited by devotees of the Goddess to propitiate her and to seek her blessings.
