Destination Self-Evolution Poem by James Darwin Smith II

Destination Self-Evolution

From afar

Somehow hearing the Ocean sing

The tides crashing sounds of glory

As the water caresses the sand

With such great care and admiration

To seize the endless waters
From a great distance

To know what lies ahead

Traveling beyond these

Hopes and dreams

And what magic

Is there to behold

A blue paradise

Of such beautiful artistry

From the eclectic eccentric skies

Up above

I can hear you, Ocean
All the way from here

Caressing the sand with my feet

Feeling the liquid currents

Of rejoiced arrival

Feeling connected

As distant as things can be

Oh, the many journeys

The many things touched

That experience has to

Go beyond anything

I could have ever believed

So whimsical and so carefree

At this moment's time

Trapped by enclosed waters

Trying to get out

Of any narrow thoughts

Fighting a whole peninsula

Towards a whole world

Unexplored full of open air serenity

Here I am

Ocean, move me

With a warm yet cool strong breeze

All the way to that beautiful artistry

Ever so flowing

Magically as ever could be

At least for a moment

Take these peeks

And guide them

Amongst the enlightenment

Of the a golden ray

Shining upon the graces

Of a liquid currency

These closed waters

Not enough

But for now will do

As these visions

Imagine traveling through them

All the way out

Into an open space of endless possibilities

Guide me, Life

Take me to a brand new

Genesis of self

Without you

I am all alone

From afar

I can still see you

Will I ever be a reflection for you to greet?

I am ready to Evolve

I am destined for self-evolution

But where did theOcean and other matter come from? That is your missing link, easy to form things already in existence...when the puzzle pieces are already in place, all kinds of therories
