Desperate Poem by Hillary Unknown

Desperate

Desperate for love
So desperate that she can’t differentiate between love and infatuation
Putting everything aside for her desire
Only to be crushed
He was only looking for a fling
Wounded, she curls into a ball
And lets her heart die
No longer able to love
She strikes out at any and all
Who try to love her
Will these walls ever come down?
Her trust is gone
Everyone is an enemy
She is cut off from the world
She can’t be around people
For fear of being hurt again
What a sad and lonely life
