This reminds me of that recent study that came out; the more responsibility and less control you have (in other words, being a worker bee but having no say) the more stress can cause all kinds of problems. Great words of wisdom.

VERY TRUE SANDRA....SOMETIMES YOUR IDEAS WOULD BE SUPPRESSED WITHOUT EVEN BEING EVALUATED OR YOU WOULD NOT BE TOLD 'WHY?
