Decide to be happy, decide that you will smile today, even if it's fake. It took me years to get over my depression. Live your life like it is your life, don't let the people who abuse you have control over your emotions. It feeds them, they enjoy eating your power and strength and keeping you down. very good poem. Depression...a very powerful emotion..well state of mind..i guess...You can capture any emotion in poetry...Excellent job
