'this aberration imparts clarity, impales reason.' My, how this line sticks with me. I agree, 'impales reason' is such a perfect description. Always, always a pleasure reading your stuff.
I'm relatively certain this is my favorite of yours. Clarity is torture, really - and 'impales reason' is dead on. There's a fistful of the sky in this. It really is quite wonderful. If this be madness, Rehan - I'm buying tickets and hopping a plane to Bedlam. Christine
Missed your poems Rehan..you know my opinion about your sweet charming writing...loved this poem too..wonderful
Rehan, you parallel line you! Did you not think i could track you down? No new work? Whats the deal with that? I want you to know that i check your work out regularly, tho' i don't comment much, and i don't read many poems in general on PH.And the reason i read you regularly, with the very little time i have, is because you never ask, never plead, never beg. You write for you...you write for the right reasons. You could care less if you get 40 comments or 4 comments on a poem, so long as you read it...and say to yourself ''This is Good Work''....And you don't require 300 comments on 1 poem after e-mail blasting 1200 members in a 1 week period & bait them by spending 6 hours a day leaving the same generic comment on the poems of the 3oo victims of that e-mail blast, all of which say: THIS IS GREAT WORK...YOU ARE AWESOME...! (and they never even read the poem) And thats why i don't read & comment very much. I, as you, are not part of this Circle of Comments for Padded Stats. And i respect you & your work for that reason as well as the fact that your work is worth the read & has earned respect! You take care, my friend...As usual the above work is another Hyder Pen-Gem!
