Deceptive Dictator Poem by Freeyad Ibrahim

Deceptive Dictator

Rating: 3.0

F. Ibrahim

He himself is behind the explosion
He himself behind the search for them.
Suspicious intentions.

The aims & conclusions:

Improving external relations
Gaining the trust of his own people
and their affections
Improving international communications

Pretending that he is the protector
and defender of them,
keen on their lives and their possessions.

Revenge with Justifications
And the free world turning a blind eye
to his bloody designs, aggressions
and undesired aggravations.

After his credit decreased greatly
in order to win votes,
He is afraid of losing the next elections.

To emerge as a national Hero
Occupying the lands of neighbors
under the pretext of preventing further escalations.

The Deceptive Dictator wants to win
the presidential elections,
by all means…
even if he involves killing a dozen or more
of innocent people without any precautions!

I love that line: the free-world turning a blind eye ✌️
