I can feel the sting here in Beijing. Thank you for putting it out there for us, because we are poets and nothing human is supposed to be foreign to us. It is strange how some of the most absurd distortions of our social system begin on humanitarian pretexts. If people in your society can rally together and take care of business under conditions of such monolithic paralysis, I should take heart.
