What poets thought yesterday is now before our sight. What Bri thinks today may be before the sights of our descendants.
it will all happen in due time life today is hardly worth a dime thanks Bri
Alas! I think you may be right. And it will be a horrible sight. When humans are all departed I'll be like life never started. Maybe if people had a brain We wouldn't have to begin again.
You have seriously pondered over the topic. Life might end with a 'Bang' as it is believed to have begun in a nuclear war or sudden collision of the stellar bodies or it can end with a 'whimper' through global warming or gradual climatic change! What ever it is, life has to come to an end, may be to have a fresh start..... then Bri may be a different person..... quite serious and sedate with no more interest in ice creams or 'wives', talking philosophy.....and never cracking any jokes! (Just imagine!) A brand new pandemic spread by birds or bugs? And THEN there'd be no more Moms or Dads giving hugs! ..............Love these lines! Altogether a 'decent' poem deserving high marks!
