Dearest, Caught In A Hail Storm Poem by james watkin

Dearest, Caught In A Hail Storm

Love, the irrepressible
Unflinching, undeterred;
In a lost toned request for aid
What is manly answered.

Brunting iced gales, though blindly
Though dipping at the head
An old boat, crewed but for one!
'Ahead! ' screams on 'ahead! '
