Dear Non-depressed friends

There often comes a time in all our lives,

when we all suffer in a way that we never understand.

Some of us easily tackle this and move forward in our life but,

Some of us though having the ability of solving the problems,

but still something is pulling and stopping them.

They are compelled to suffer all this silently,

they feel better sitting alone,

late at night they cant fall asleep

something will be hurting them from inside,

they dont know the reason but they cant stop crying.

They fear sharing there problems to someone

, they fear sharing there pains, screams to others

soon this turns out the last stage of pains that is depression in life.

This continuously increases and starts eating them from inside.

Though they having big big dreams,

there life ends because they were not able to scream….

Dear Non- depressed friends,

They dont want this to happen to you,

They dont want you to suffer what they all did,

when u suffer something like this,

take action before its too late…

"Break the silence

and scream

because you

should pursue

your dreams"
