It was really superb, the emotional poems about your father, keep it up
Just for so-called social status of father can't accept her daughter than its better to leave him like a stranger....god is with us we just need to feel him.....lovely poem...amazingly narrated.....thank you for sharing :)
A difficult situation losing one's father in the life that is due to the neglect of the little one. It is made into a good poem which is a social issue in larger perspective so I likes it.
I enjoyed reading your, 'Dear Father' Your sentiments expressed are known by too many. Emotions felt are very difficult to sever. But once faced to admit them for what they are, We begin to feel less victimized. A captivating piece of writing.
Very encapsulating. Very sad. It happens anyway. Ours is to be happy. Not all may accept us but we have to accept and love ourselves
Swapna, Very sentimental poem, reflecting the many stories we read in the newspapers; repeatedly told as stories; a social reality even in the 21st century in Kerala. You are a great narrator of stories, directly connecting to the hearts of the reader. It is easy for me to offer these comments, but I know I will not understand the agony of the person who has gone through the experience. But I feel, your poem reflects the agony. And every child who has gone through the life's curses, will repeat, Dear father, I am still waiting for your answer.. Great write. Congrats. Do continue to write and share..
