Pride
Egoism masked by prejudice
Adorned in gold medallions
Pair of eyes washed with dignity
Looking down on the subservient
Greed
An unbearable thirst for power that can't be quenched
Selfish snake slithering between pockets
Annihilating any pest in the way of its own goals
Obsessed silhouette laughing maniacally
Envy
Jealousy hidden behind a cloak
Drowned out screams of criticism
Sharp gaze of neediness
Must capture the one it wants
Wrath
Unstoppable outrage combined with bloodshed
Putrid lava pouring out from its mouth
Choking and cutting anything that breathes
Mass destruction as a punishment
Lust
Irresistible attraction toward the forbidden
Already blind and drunk from one sip
Deafening melody of sexual desire
Caught redhanded in the cobweb
Gluttony
Excessive consumption of rights
While it dazzles between the feast
Bones upon bones crunched underneath its teeth
The servants of it starve, ribs visible
Sloth
Negligent body covered in filth
Passed out in its victorian bed
Silent limbs too lazy to command
Help does not arrive from a place it stays in
''All of these sins combine into what we call a human. Fear them.''
