in you poem you describe the days in the shade very nicely. sensitive.
These melancholic lines have a charm and when you write down pessimistic notes at times, I think of telling you that your poetic status has an optimistic phase. Your perceptions and auto suggestions have a deep connection and they both help you write fine poetry. Thanks for sharing Hazel.
after reading this i like to address the Hon'ble Poetess as Tragedy Queen of poetry.
You always write beautifully crafted lyric poetry. There's always a tinge of sadness or little melancholy. It must be your sweet Irish heritage. I too am in a land locked phase wishing to be near the sea. Great Poem 10/10 BB
