In the last six verses I need a comma somewhere to understand the ful meaning.Which is the subject of must condemn and know//After dream 7th v. it's needed for sure a comma//after soul too.//After weep too.Had I fully understood it, I would to translate it too.//Instead of dry would it not be better dried, since an and is used? I wish I could understand its ful meaning to translate it.I have the impression it is an excellent one in english.
It does not matter if it is the poets who condemn or their tears which condemn. But indeed your grammar is correct. Thanks.

I had some doubts about blank verse for a sonnet but I believe it turned out OK. Thanks for the comment and the praise.
