Dark Night Poem by Daniel Miltz

Dark Night

Dull night poses, irritably
Elegant with riddle mystery
In surprised swagger

Floating tentatively
While diminish days
Move in flicker

Splendid in glitzy
Starry haunt
Evening stays in grand enchant

Reflections wink, past still waters
In inkier specs and brilliant stars
Whisking in pitch-dark hours
