Dangerous Heights Poem by Raimi Babatunde

Dangerous Heights

I scaled dangerous heights,
clmbed rocky mountains,
swam dangerous seas,
Just to be with you.

Then I survived thick jungles.
But when I got between your between,
I realised you are a perfect piece of archeology.
I am vicariously enchanted,
in your world of endless joys.
With your fangs, I got insulated;
and just want to wake up to your breathe.

In my very small head,
I hear echoes of our previous slams,
How so soothingly magically.

Little wonder I'm so obsessed,
and I know this obsession can kill me

Hei! Just that you know,
I heard rumours in hush tones,
that you and I will make a great team.
So, let's tango.
